7th Anniversary

i had a lazy afternoon snoozing on my bed since mr tan will be out-of-town till sat. (yes! he abandoned me on vday… roars) but i have to say the silly boy is very smart to compensate me with an unexpected getaway in advance for our anniversary (:

 all he asked me to prepare is to apply leave and take a passport.

to my surprise, bintan has good beaches too. look at the fine sand…

i miss the beach again….

I was so overwhelmed with CNY spring cleaning this year. u may not know but i had a hard time negotiating with my parents to remove their stuffs in my room.  yes!!! i finally revamped my own little corner, successfully. credits must be given to mr tan who drove me to IKEA so many times till i lost count as well as doing all the dirty work  in fact i felt more tired and washed-out than working…. after all the cleaning then the visitings and all the late nights mahjong-ing!

nevertheless, it is the month of festive joy – gatherings for families and friends…
 filled with irresistible goodies that possibly leads to MC, ang pows to support the gambling sessions and love (:

HUAT AHHH!

happy twenty eleven!

i had neglected this little space for a while..

Marked the end of student life and hello world~!
老天还是很眷顾小女, workload has been getting better, i hope. everyday has been filled with  challenges and surprises, meeting hundreds of people from all over the globe. No one can gets away from politics, i’m happy with my current team mates And now that i sit back to reflect, this is actually what i asked for - the exposure, travel and good colleagues. But…. humans are greedy animal, i wanted to do something more value-adding. Yupz, that’s my plan for 2011!

received my adv diving license from bali time to focus on driving…

wormy still pampers me like a spoilt brat like before, nothing lesser
and becos of his new mini business van, he has to transport me and my family around for outings… wakaka…
he is still keeping me in suspense for our anniversary… hmmm…

with a whole new list of new year resolution, may all of you have a good year ahead! HUAT AH!!!! $_$

old folks gathering

had a really good weekend with honeypot and some old folks from P6.

We had the honour to invite our pri form teacher to the party and hope to see her more in the coming years party. despite of the smaller group, we had a great time catching up with each other playing cards and watching horror movies at yy’s place. The night is always young, so much so that the guys were sharing so many real life incidents that causes goosebumps during such wee hours (err… like 4am??). Totally knocked out the next day.

in the year of rabbit will be a meaningful gathering for us and we hope to held it back at the classroom just like 12 years ago.

Off i go to shanghai again tmr and return on this coming fri. i hate the cold weather there

nevertheless, this will also mark my final programme of the year and
HELLO to my long holidays breaks from work. (no holiday plans though)

it was a long awaited day. the theme party.

specially for dearest kai and mr wan ‘s birthday, or in fact – it was more of a gathering for all.

so much preparation and effort  had been put in by the committee to make it a successful one. And everyone is excited about the dress-up and activities (:

we managed to have 100 bucks worth of pizza for FREE!

shanghai night

shanghai seems more organized and cleaner compared to a few years back,
when i was still an intern. I pretty much enjoyed the autumn climate and of course ate unlmited no. of xiao long bao but nothing beats the one at cheng huang miao!

unfortunately, didn’t had much time to roam around the city as I was stuck at the World Financial Center for a program. perhaps if there’s a chance, i shall not miss it again in December.
